Anyone joining Salesforce Bangalore office anytime soon and looking for flats to rent near office?

Need help on how I transition my career from Audit to Management Consultancy. I have only completed BCom and ACCA (UK Chartered Accountant) and have worked for over 2 years at EY.

The majority of my career has been in healthcare tech with some retail experience. Looking to break into event management/coordinating (I believe this is the correct job title) space in either the entertainment, fashion & retail or cosmetic industry. Any insights or advice is appreciated!

Is it true for Assoc 602 level who hasn't completed one year, can't have S. My managers(functional and local) gave this reason for my OOO?

My functional manager personally messaged me later and said his recommendation is SOS but they cannot work past through the rules of less than 1year

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

Where do I steer my career? I’m an introvert and someone who suffers from PTSD from my time on active duty. I honestly have no real desire to really go to an office and spend half my day pretending to be social and develop “relationships”. I honestly just want to bury myself in the work. Offered CTC : 22.5 fixed +2.5 JB

Is it a fair amount for 8.5 YOE? Should he negotiate further. As this is his first offer , should he keep trying for better salary?
