Hey guys. I’m looking for some advice on a new promotion to Radiology Supervisor. It’s a great opportunity and I know I will be great in the position. Is it me or does depression in big law mostly affect single overworked women around age 30?

RE Attorneys: When sending title objection letters, how do simplify them for parties on the other side who “just don’t get it”? I try my hardest to explain the purpose of the TOL and that most of the objections will be handled by the title company, but most sellers don’t understand, ignore the TOL, and blow the seller response deadline. Most of the time the only response that is needed is “Yes, Seller agrees to satisfy all B-I requirements and to execute an owners affidavit at closing...”

I recently met someone who is a GC but also of counsel at a firm. How does that work?
