What kind of steps do you take to prepare your plants for winter? Personally I trim dead leaves, check for pests, see who needs reporting in spring and dial back watering.

HELP! What can be causing that? There used to be a different bush in there that got dried up like 4 months ago, and the gardener replaced it with this one after spraying the soil to eliminate anything that was causing it. But now is happening again, and is only this one, all the other ones right next to it, are fine. This is a blue Juniper.

Was inspired by a visit to Chanticleer Gardens where, instead of just cutting flowers and putting them in vases, they first them in water. All flowers here are from my gardens 🪷

Interested in your thoughts here. This is our dwarf citrus tree - it's about 3 years old. We generally kept it in the house in the winter and put it outside in the summer. It got too big for the large pot it was in, so I planted it outside. Before that, it had lost all its leaves. After a few months outside, it appeared the main branches died, but then it began to sprout both below and above the graft. I pruned the main branches, where there was no growth and removed the growth below the graft.
