13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.
Thinking of moving to I tech sales? Anyone else do it? What's comp look like?

Base salaries and Bonus for Associates In Finance/ Treasury?

Gave up first class upgrade to fly home 2 hours earlier on standby sitting in the middle seat in back for 3.5 hours and gate checking my carryon just to be able pick my son up from school. So worth it

Since I graduated from CSUN, I’ve been trying to find a job. It was hard finding a entry job software engineering job that requires few years of experience. As a deaf person, many obstacles in my path that I fought so hard to get past them. For instance, they tried to call my videophone, which has an American Sign Language interpreter to pass messages through a webcam and phone call, and thought it was not me. I maybe lose a lot of chances. I wish everything was more easier.

Sooo we terminated someone this week and he is asking if he can still be part of our company’s fantasy football league. The CEO and his boss said no. The person who needs to deliver the decision doesn’t want to ruin their personal relationship. Y’all have any advice on how to kick him out without hurt his feelings
