How is KPMG Advisory on the Cloud ? Is this more strategy side or tech side ?

Which firm EY Consulting or KPMG Consulting. Not taken TC or level into consideration. Which firm would be better? (And no not considering Deloitte or PWC)

I'm a Consulting Associate and have been with RSM since Fall 2020. I make 75k in Chicago - I think I'm underpaid(?). I get DMs from Big4 and I'm thinking about moving firms. Should I wait for the promo/bonus on Aug. 1 or just start looking now? I know for a fact I'll be getting promoted to Senior.

So FTX, a multi-billion dollar business, was running on quickbooks per the Financial Services Committee meeting going on right now 😂 Man their auditors gotta be sweating

Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?

Curious - would you consider a lateral move to a lower ranked firm if the practice group is higher ranked than at your current firm? In other words what’s more important - firm or practice group ranking?
