So my FAR passing grade expires in November and I am taking my last section BEC in October but won’t get the grade till December after my FAR grade expires. I won’t have to retake FAR will I?

Had a glowing fantastic performance review last year. This year no review, just a meeting with managing partner and HR to tell me I am fired and to leave now. No bad performance. Is it just the money?

I have 2.5 years of experience in SAP Fiori and now I have two options available.

1.Deloitte USI
2.Small firm based out of California and few countries specialized in SAP GTS consulting with permanent remote.

I would like to grow my skills in SAP ABAP and im also more into remote work with good WLB. I'm totally confused whether I should go with big4 or should I take this risk at early stage of my career. I'm just afraid that I'm making mistake ignoring D USI for small firm.

I miss school relationships, where it just pure flirting and relationships based on your personality. But in college it was based on how rich is yr dad and background, car etc. In corporate it's about salary,caste,background, house, tech stack etc. I want the classic relationships back.....now it's just existing in movies and TV series not in reality.

Do you still implement reference checks (on top of background checks)? I’m not convinced of the value add to the selection process and it takes a lot of time and resources
