I have been working in the auto industry for 7 years. Ideally I would love to find a project manager or similar position at a larger size company. Thanks for the help.

Is it standard to negotiate pay with corporate internships?

If my company is going through a reorganization, is it a terrible time to ask for a raise? Or a good opportunity that I would be missing? I currently feel underpaid, but I technically fall above the median in my area… I’m torn

Living in a HCOL area, with 10 yrs Meteorology experience and another 10 years scientific experience.

I have an opportunity to move into a new position - Electrical Engineering and Production Manager in the Chicagoland area. Having been in the industry for 10 yrs what salary should I expect and negotiate around? Does this position typically come with bonuses or additional compensations? Any insight would be appreciated.

Job A: Project Engineer. 135K/yr base. 10% signing bonus.

Job B: Senior Project Manager. Contract. $60/hr standard. $90/hr overtime.

Mid level Electrical Engineer in the greater Baltimore, MD area making $115k base w/ $20k sign on bonus. No yearly bonus. I started this job in April of this year. 2-3 years experience. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year. Performance reviews coming at the end of the this year and I’m wondering 1) if my salary is on par with what I should expect 2) how to approach conversations about raises and promotion with my supervisor. 1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Basically feeling like an 18 year old over here with no knowledge of how to run my own life. Having to start over after long term controlling relationship where I was left out of all the finance stuff. So I’m lost TBH. Engineering makes sense, managing my money not so much.

I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this?
