Got an offer from Amazon for Data Engineer-2

Yoe-2

Base - 20LPA
Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

However, LinkedIn messages have failed to successfully get me an interview to talk with someone from this field. Does anyone have experience/insight on how I could better make connections with people in this field?

Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. How do for do about looking for positions that sponsor your visa? I'm in the defense sector and have previously healthcare and financial services experience. Wrapped up 3rd interview (including initial HR call) on earlier this week Director… when do you think I could get a offer?

During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?

KPMG TRM folks - how is the job you do different than IT audit? How is the work life balance in TRM? Would you recommend a co-worker to move to TRM from external audit?

What’s the difference between a Partner, Principal and a MD at Deloitte? I understand that MDs don’t buy into the firm compared to Principals and Partners. But other than that why would one choose/be assessed to be one over the other?
