In our large multinational company, we have an employee who has been hit with the Covid unfortunately. He has been in isolation for 19 days and keeps getting a positive test. Not sure how but it is what it is. He is a cheerful guy managing sales so this new normal in complete solitude is hitting him pretty hard. Any recs on what we can do as a company to uplift his spirits? Was thinking we do a pre-recorded video from his team (12 people) to wish him a speedy recovery /share some inside jokes - or a care package delivery. I am in my first HRBP role. It has been a role I’ve been wanting to focus on and get in to but never got the opportunity to do so. My imposter syndrome has kicked in, especially since it’s all remote too. We are creating a training room (for about 8 learners). We’ll use this for new hire orientation mostly, but the organization has ongoing training needs.
