How many times does your boss/client have you change work back to what it looked like originally (after realizing their original edits didn’t work)?

Does anyone deal with anxiety about going to the dentist? I haven’t been in like 3 years but my anxiety about it is causing me to procrastinate on making a much needed appointment.

I have a non-stem bachelors and had to do a Masters in Data Analytics to become a “data scientist” and have had the title for about 2 years now. However, the work I’m doing isn’t very interesting and is mostly dash-boarding/extracting basic insights from data, and I still feel like I’m limited so am seriously considering a software engineering boot camp to be able to jump into big tech and work on interesting stuff. Anyone did something similar?

We use screens all day for literally everything job related..


But when it comes to very complex topics I have to write it out on paper, with a pencil. Things just are more real for me when written out on paper. It clicks easier.

Is anyone else like that?

I am very interested in pivoting towards DEI work. I’ve been a part of/selected to be a part of several DEI advisory councils but I don’t feel that I have too much to show for it.

I would love to be in a DEI Specialist/Coordinator/Manager, or Consulting role.

What are some things that I should be highlighting on my resume? What are ways that I can stand out to recruiters? Any advice is appreciated!
