I already did as I had an icici salary account all my career. Plus icici is a way better banking experience than HDFC, hands down! HDFC is a pain.

Both banks are virtually the same in terms of service with a few differences. I have accounts with both banks, and although my current bank account is with HDFC, my 1st ever salary account was with Icici.
I think the quality and level of service both offer is identical, but I have noticed that HDFC is more responsive and organized in how they approach customer service. Also they have more lucrative offerings and attractive interest rates.
Icici on the contrary has incredible card products but ever since the China Virus Pandemic, it's all going downhill. Not to mention their astronomically high interest rates.

I am frustrated as a Gay Woman who has given her all for 30+ years grinding to be the best. I have been in closet, out of closet, in-between and am tired of it. I want to be VALUED as a human being. I have gone from Rock Star to problem when people "found out". I have trained and promoted hundreds of people and been passed over for promotions because of not being a man. I have trained men with less experience, worse results only for them to move forward. If Diversity is important...prove it!
