Any thoughts on the IP litigation outlook in Atlanta and/or Charlotte? Looking to move but I’m not sure of the workload there. I predominately focus on patent infringement at my current firm.

Hay, me looking for referal, I am content author working in AEM 6.5.

Looking for KVM and monitor recommendations.

1 2019 MBP with 4 usb-c ports
1 2020 MBP with 2 usb-c ports
1 usb-c keyboard (have an adapter for type A if needed)

Currently have two monitors but no combination of cords or dongles will let the 2020 output to both displays.

I’d love a nice 27-35” monitor capable of power delivery but I’d be fine with the KVM powering the laptops instead.

I’ve done all the looking and found too much conflicting info. Seeking personal experiences now.

How to frame answers in a lateral interview with a direct competitor for why leaving? Don’t want to sound negative about current firm, but real answers are culture-related

Assuming that I'm okay with a salary of 70K and more, and that I really don't want to work at a law firm. Is it going to be difficult for me to return to law with two years of experience and one year working in a legal adjacent role.

I would appreciate any insight on management-side employment law in Dallas. I am a MLA at a large firm in LA pondering a move for financial/family reasons, but it doesn't seem like there are many open positions in DFW and I'm wondering if this area of the law is just not robust in Texas.

Question for the legal recruiters out there- is a signing bonus a reasonable request for a lateral move? HCOL but not major (i.e. not NYC). I would appreciate insight into how this request may be received.

does patent prosecution exist in nyc? i am a patent attorney thinking about making a move

Rising 2nd year at corporate boutique. Major market. 170k base, variable monthly est. 20k, EOY subjective bonus. Big law = 200+25 I think. Is the range I am in competitive? Billed 2500+ last year.

What should I expect in a lateral interview? I haven’t interviewed since law school.

I keep hearing about paralegal salaries in the $80K or above range, but don’t ever see any actual job openings that list salary ranges that high. Are there recruiters out there who can connect me with some opportunities that could pay me what I’m worth?

I did an initial interview with a firm Thursday morning. They asked for references and I provided them the following day along with my thank you note. In past experiences, I would have heard something by now unless they were not interested at all. Am I wrong to just write this one off?
