Hello all, so I currently am 24M working at tmobile. I just found out my store is closing at the end of this month. They're offering to transfer me but simply put I know for a fact I won't see as much traffic coming into the store so less potential for sales. I'm looking to find a good job to transition too. I do have my life and health insurance license but I didn't like what I did before. Any suggestions on good sales jobs or what to look into? I'd appreciate the help, thanks!

Hi, I have a question in regard of applying for an internal positions within the company. I been here for 6 months and found another opportunity that I am very interested in that was just posted. I have an interview with HR but it states that if it goes to the hiring manager, it will notified my manager.
Should I tell my manager now or just until it notified my manager? I would feel stupid if the hiring manager didn't pick me

Saw this and thought it was a pretty good explanation for company culture: Culture is not what you write down. It's what people tell their friends who ask what it's like to work there. It's what people compare to when they get pings from recruiters. It's how people feel when they log on and off for the day.

I want to figure out the average amount someone makes in digital marketing, not just the top performers, does anyone have an idea where I could find info about it?

I kind of see the industry like sports. Different leagues, awards, people moving teams and sometimes playing abroad... and most of us not working after 40, unless you become an ECD/head coach. I can't be the only one.
