Wow! Congratulations and I’m glad that it worked for you. I never thought to reach out to a recruiter. I didn’t think recruiters worked in the customer service hospitality space but maybe I’m wrong.

Yes, they should help with the hospitality industry. You should try to research and see if you find anything. It’s definitely worth a try. Good luck.
So glad to hear about a success story. I have worked with a number of recruiters (paid by the employer) and never got a job I was willing to accept (best I had was an offer that was a position below my then-current position, and two below what I was interviewing for). Also have tried temp agencies, and only got one or two assignments, and nothing that turned into anything permanent.
I would caution everyone to NEVER pay for a recruiter or anything similar. Those tend to be scams.
