Best advice/resource/book to be a valuable partner to corporate finance and investor relations depts at public companies?

Curious about career opportunities with Fidelity. I am a banker/relationship manager at an investor center branch for a BB. My main responsibilities are handling banking/lending for a book of business, discovery convos with prospects, creating financial plans and referring business to financial advisors. I have a series 6/63, life accident health insurance license. My goal is to get to a position as an FA. What fidelity roles would be most logical to apply for? Right now I make about 75-80k.

Looking for resources to understand macroeconomics and how they affect venture capital. Variables like interest rates, oil prices, policy (think IRA for climate investing). Young person in VC here - unfortunately can't seem to find anything on these topics so any books, lectures or podcasts would help.

Being given far more responsibility and a new title. How to ask for a salary bump?

I work in a niche industry (citizenship by investment) and was brought on as relationship manager for those clients. Bosses learned that I own a company in citizenship by descent (related industry) and have brought a book of business to them. They're now opening a citizenship by descent department + placing me as director with reports. How to broach topic of substantial salary increase? How much to ask? Double?

Could someone kindly explain to me why I keep hearing people talking about maxing out their HSA and then using it to invest? I thought HSA was just a way to have pre-taxed dollars available for medical expenses?

What companies are holding (in their BS) the debt to finance the 2020-2021 boom for used RVs, used light aircrafts, luxury cars (used cars in general), used boats, art, etc.

Typically these type of loans are securitized and sold to 401k/mutual fund investments. However, that is not always the case (e.g. Carvana). I also heard yesterday from finance expert that BOA holds all loans thry issued.

Any companies in the industries above that are holding 2020-2021 financing in their books?

Hi I am 23 , I have salary around 1LPM after tax, I paid 15k in rent, but every month end I left with very less money like 10-20k, I have very fucked up finances, I don't have any investment.

I read book about spending , tried to maintain a ledger in excel, but nothing seems to working, I think I got lot money than I can handle so I am blowing that up. So just wanna know how much you spend invest and save.
I don't have to send any money home.

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?

Has any one booked any FD via platforms like Groww, ETmoney which gives slightly high interest rates? In Groww, Bajaj finance giving fd rate of 7-7.5percent. Is it safe? Or should we book via banks and take lower rates.
P.s- I do invest in Mutual funds. I just want to park some money hence looking for FD.

So much crap going on in the world, recession, potential war outbreaks and this is before any issues with natural resource issues such as the impending water crisis and soil nutrient degradation. I have started to invest into apocalyptic prepping, is anyone into that stuff? I want to make my basement full of 50 years worth of food for my family complete with guns and tradable items just in case.
