I recently got two offers from Uber for Data Analyst-1 and PayPal for Data Engineer-1. Uber's CTC 20% more.

Can anyone suggest which one to choose and which is safe as both have done mass layoffs last year

Offer help. I have 3 years in consulting and make 140k. I was laid off from ACN Strategy as an analyst and able to sell myself hard to another company. ACN wants me back, and will match my salary, but I am also getting offers from Firms for around 210 from different “boutique” consultancy and some T2.

Should I go back to ACN, make manager and look for an exit?

Should I join Deloitte Strategy as a SC make manager and exit?

Should I go to one of the boutique as a manager for 210 base?

Laid off around 3 months ago due to COVID from a global consulting firm as an analyst and having a hard time pivoting back into consulting. I had <1 YOE but still have a great relationship with my previous managers. I worked in project sales support/project management roles. Is it the timing or is there something else I can do (ie study for certs)? I enjoyed the work and varied project culture of consulting.

Need some thoughts. (Shows analyst on FB, but I've since been promoted). Basically I have had all amazing reviews since at my firm. Currently on a project where I am feeling super burnt out and as a result im not taking initiative and therefore performing poorly. I believe my next review will be quite poor. Does anyone have any advice on managing this / perspectives I should have? I am pretty worried that I will get fired and if that happens idek what I would do.

Hi all, new analyst who started in August. My project has gone okay so far. I’m living at home but unfortunately it affects my concentration a bit. I’ve saved some money and am debating moving out. My fear is that I won’t have good job security in these times and who knows when I could get fired. Is it worth taking a lease with these fears? Fiscally, I have about 15k cash, 15k in investments. Biggest liability is paying my own car insurance(400), crashed twice..:

Was supporting deal leads plan and manage projects (financials, resource mngmt, etc) and relationship mngmt between firm leadership and IT startups as well - both work I loved. Analyst got laid off from Accenture due to COVID, asked to reapply to a specific role that got cancelled due to COVID leaving me with a 4 month gap. Unemployed now and looking to make ends meet. It’s been 48 day since the layoff! I have had 2 interview. One was with Salesforce and I was supposed to be in the final round and then they put the position on Hold and another one was with a Pharma Client in Boston and they picked another person for the role... Is anyone aware of where I may be able to find projects that I can do project support on? Money is not as much of a concern as keeping my skills sharp and staying busy. My org mentioned told us that there will be no raises or promotions this year but we will still have bonuses. I worked my ass off to get promoted and am at the top of the list of candidates.
My morale is so low as is my desire to do work. I know if should be grateful to have a job but at this point, I just want to get fired and be put out of my misery. I was on final interviews with Big4 precovid and I am hating the idea to be an analyst for another year. I don’t know how to cope.
