Started a new role as a Product Manager for Customer Experiences. Has anyone done this before? If yes can we chat? I need some guidance not having done this. I’ve only done PM for the tech side.

I think we can all agree EQUALITY (in all aspects including racism) should be a goal of all humans - or for the sake of argument let's assume. What are some ways to sell that idea as if it were a company to an applicant OR sell the idea as if it were an applicant to the hiring manager?

I have been in management for the past 8 years and part of large corporations. HOA - doing something without approval.....was planning to change my windows without hoa approval but my neighbour snitched. I came clean to the hoa and now I need to go through a 2 mo approval process and they might not even approve my windows. I paid 7k for them. I am now feeling regret for not just ignoring the hoa email and then still installing and dealing with the fine on the back end ? Thoughts? I’m also worried now that I’m on some radar.
