Could you enlighten me about which role has more demand in market AWS developer or AWS Solutions architect?

If I really don't like consulting and have 0 interest in doing the partner track, does it make sense to take a job at another big 4 firm for a $50k raise and title bump to M for a year or two and then jump to industry or should I get out now before I golden handcuff myself to consulting (I've been searching for jobs for 5 months now and usually end when they hear what I want as a base comp of ~200k).

Do others have stories of trying to get out but failing?

Hi fishes, im a staff 2 in FSRM in GDS joined in December 2022, i cleared my FRM part 1 in may 2022, when i spoke to my Counselor if that would be consider for appraisal, he said that i have to wait till next year. How much beneficial is it?
Specially the course I am looking for is masters in Data Science from IIT bangalore and LJMU with Nasscom certification. Which is a 18 months course but after seeing the fees i am now bit confused should I go for it or not?
How is there placement section?
Is it safe to proceed with this?

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Thoughts on CAIA? Difficulty, hours studied, study tips, overall experiences, etc.? I’ll be sitting for Level 1 in September. Currently work in the fund of funds space - moving over to my firm’s hedge fund research team soon so CAIA seemed like a perfect way to get knowledge in the area beforehand. I’m almost one year out of undergrad (econ background) so a lot of the CAIA content is new to me
