Has it really happened? The TikTok app is showing that it is not available. I feel sad for the influencers who will be impacted by this. Many teachers depend on the revenue they get from being on TikTok. How badly do you think this will actually hit educators?

As I'm seeing this, it's back. But who knows what will happen ultimately. I understand the issue with it being a foreign data mining operation, even if it is one of the most entertaining Trojan horses you could come up with. I just think it's a sad commentary on our society that teachers may be depending on income from a social media app.

I’ve received several take home assignments that clearly use real company data or give a good indication to a company’s future strategy. If I wanted to be petty, assuming I haven’t signed any NDA or fine print promising secrecy, could I share this information publicly without facing legal repercussions?

Obviously I know it’s ill advised and this is purely hypothetical, but just from a legal standpoint, would I get in trouble? Seems like an obvious way to get back at a company.
