Hello Everyone,

I am currently on a 6-month maternity leave. If I submit my resignation either before completing the 6-month leave or immediately after returning, when can I expect to be released from the company? Please note that I am not currently assigned to any project.
Also, is there any policy that restricts resigning immediately after returning from maternity leave?
I’d appreciate any insights.

Usually there is a clause stating bond for taking maternity leave. I think you should review the maternity policy

There is no policy for maternity leave
You can enjoy your 6 month basic pay
Now if you have opportunity and wanna jump earlier there then a suggestion from side
Dont go for money at this time
Your baby needs you a lot, your time as this is only time where you truely enjoy for being as a mother
Paise to aage bhi kama lena

If you will continue there then 6 month paid leave and another 6 month unpaid leave
In that way you can at least give an year time to your baby

And if you still wanna go somewhere then you can put paper at any stage mentioning that i need to take care my baby post my delivery so i need personal time.
They will release you and then you can join another firm easily.

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.

Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!
