What is a comfortable salary for someone in their early 20s that still wants to go out but also build up your assets(401k, savings, brokerage etc) in NYC?

Anyone here know anything about Unify Consulting? They reached about looking for senior roles to build their National Healthcare and Life Science vertical.

Did anyone volunteer for leave of absence (loa) or partially loa? Would that bite you in the ass when being laid off in terms of unemployment benefits?

Does anyone know of any resources to find which banks have which groups in NYC? I’m looking to see who has their healthcare and TMT out there along with their size. LinkedIn is tedious and most don’t put their group, and bank’s websites seem to be useless.

(No CPA got PIPd) (6 months) Revenue Accountant Audit Senior not top 10 small regional accounting firm (roughly 10 partners) 2 busy seasons- (24 months), Internal Audit Healthcare (17 months- last May 2021) Left after burntout/bored by IA and health issues also made decent $in crypto

I bought a home 3 months back and at the time my credit score was 780. My interest rate was 2.65%. Since then a late credit card payment from 7 years back finally fell off my report. My current credit score is 820. Do you think if I had waited I would have gotten better interest rate because of my credit score?

I am a quite happy staying with GDS but their RTO campaign is really annoying. If they really want us to go back to the office I’ll just leave. No point of staying in the office where basically we are remotely working with the onshore. I have been socialized with my teams virtually so no need for in-office interaction. I have 0 reason why I want to RTO basically.
