GM all, I need help big time. I started my weight loss journey about three weeks ago and lost 7 pounds thus far but cutting alcohol and removing added sugar and trying to eat healthy and tracking calories. I'm sure you all know this, but make sure you check the nutritional label even for the most harmless things. I bought some sugar free mastic gum, turns out each has 9 grams of carbs.
