1.We need immediate joiners or serving candidates with 10 days left:Reason is they don’t want candidates to have counter offers.If candidate have counter offer, they might ask for hike.
2.Serve 60 to 90 days Notice period:Reason to avoid employees to switch jobs or to retain employees without giving retention hike

Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? For us being in charge is having full assignment 3p-7p & being responsible for assigning pts , communicating w/ supervisor about various issues, making the assignment for next shift, and a mini report about each pt for the next charge.
