Anybody else think consultants bitch way too much about this job. At my last company we flew out for 8 month stints, and tried not to get shot or blown up while we were there. Comp was poor.

Whats the salary differences between a consultant in digital and strategy for the same career level in MBB (ie McK digital, BCG digital ventures)?

Would you leave Big4 as a manager to go to Mckinsey as an expert and increase total comp by 25%?

I want to know from HR or senior management that do you offer less to female candidate provided she has same skills as a male candidate?
Does in IT industry gender doesn't impact compensation?

Comp question - what should a B4 Senior with a CPA, CFF, CFE, and a MBA with 4 years forensic exp (D&T) and 6+ years non-forensic exp (industry) in NYC and DC markets expect in this current climate?

Hello everyone, just moved to NC and was hired out of school as a trc associate. I had no prior experience coming in. My offer was 60,000 base salary and then 3.5% bonus. Am I underpaid?

Tech family, wondering how agencies deal with the offshore offices at cost efficient countries where they also have local clients, how do they manage the demand for local work vs work from their offices at other countries when it comes to teams. Do they have separated P&L for the local vs offshore work? teams are shared across both businesses or are dedicated teams to each one?
