It's been 20days after decison with HR between 2weeks back hr called and said that he got approvals and sending my profile to Offer releasing team to send a final OL. But that also no update. No response from HR.

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. That said getting to know people only remote has been kind of awkward at times (email only can be tough to decipher) although as a working mom the pros vastly outweigh the cons. Yesterday my main partner asked me to come in Thursday bc he will be there and set a time to meet. Is this good/bad?? kind of nervous!

Should I work for one more month and resign ?

Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?
Role : .Net developer
Current pay : 8 LPA
Expected pay TCS : 11.5 LPA(still waiting for TR results)
Got Offer from infosys : 10.5 LPA (offer released)
