It’s so sad that jobs don’t give you a “life” anymore. It almost felt like back in the day, a good job gave you some sort of stable lifestyle, whether that be sustaining a nice house or a family. Now, jobs really just feel like the bare minimum to keep you alive, and not having one feels incredibly scary to keep afloat.

I recently joined citi. I have been given choice for to select superannuation as 13% of BS or 12500/- monthly or zero.

This is one time selection and not reversible.

I am already investing 1.5 lakh in 80C through SIP and EPF.

I need more detail about superannuation and is it beneficial or not?

Also is there any retirement age in IT field 🤔 (or in citi)?

For litgation we're thinking past pleadings and MTDS then X, Discovery than Y, SMJ motions then Z trial then Q.

What are your thoughts on this ? What are my issues here. I think the hardest one is to predict discovery. But I also think we can outsource some of this to cheeper labor and lean on our tech to not actually have to review everything.
