Why zscaler hiring so many interns... It seems they are over hiring according to me.

I'm working with an IT MNC in PMO profile.

Is it Bad to change Sector from 'IT' and moving into the same profile (PMO Support) but with the 'Investment Banking sector'?

Some people says once you move out from IT sector, there is no chance getting back to it. Is this really true?

The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. I have used my connections to refer me into probably 10 big law firms and it’s not working. One most recently came back and said they aren’t interested bc I have no law firm experience. Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest
