I am an older professional in a very toxic work environment. It was validated this week when an employee came to me in tears because our manager hammered her, which I experience it as well. I have a MBA, Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications, 28 years in IT Internal Controls, Risk Management, Change Management and Project Implementations Implementations. I need advice on how do I get real attention to be hired in a new company. Is my age a black mark?

I am a Senior Program manager and I am interested in doing a certification related to program management to advance my career and increase in compensation. I am thinking PgMP certification vs Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.

Hi Folka, I am having 6 yrs of experience in core operations having good Power BI and excel skills. Also six Sigma certified and preparing for PMP. Can anyone help me to know what I could expect according to market standards?

I want to get my six sigma green belt but there are so many different schools and programs when I do a google search. What’s the best option? Also, how tough is the prep for the exam? Thanks!

I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year

I sit in Operations Transformation. Are Linked in courses worth taking? Are they reputable enough and recognised on a cv?

Current employer agreed to pay for some courses that are nessecary for my role but after 6 months they're yet to materialise. I'm considering pursuing the learning of my own and looking for work elsewhere once I've got a recognisable certificate of some sort.
