Bain & Company Hey everyone!
How does one shift from Big 4 to MBB firms ? What sort of exit opportunities does that person needs to have in Big 4 in order to get into MBB ? I'm an MBA grad & just got into Deloitte India, before MBA didn't had any experience & want to eventually wind up at MBB within 2 years. Considering all this what advice can I get ?

Hi Fishers, I am Market Research Analyst with 1 YOE. Lately, I feel I am not progressing in my current organization. I want to switch and get into Big 4/MBB. It will be really helpful if any of the fishers can tell me how I should upskill myself for the role of consultant/management consultant in any of the above companies. It will also be helpful if someone can tell me what roles should I be applying right now as I have only 1 YOE. Thank you very much in advance :) Deloitte EY PwC KPMG
Question for Deloitte folks, if my application has said “Applied and Pending Review” for a month now, is there a way to reach out/see if I am actually still being considered? I’m at various stages of the process with other MBB and Big 4 firms and it seems unusual to just be ghosted like this?
