Any advice for someone going into freelance regarding a rate sheet? Am being asked what my rate is, and thinking about providing a tiered approach or at least a range to be more marketable. Thoughts?
Do you feel that you should share how much you make? Understand a range, but each person, each assignment, changes the equation. At the end of the fay, someone will feel bad.
