My Profile -
CCTC - 31L fixed + 3.2Lvar + 11L stocks
YOE - 6.9 years
What band and ctc can I target for ?

How is ELM (engineering lifecycle management) product of IBM , in terms of work load and job security ?
Any review for team and manager for this product at Gandhinagar?

Is anyone currently working at IBM ISL, Kochi? I’d like to know how the work environment is and whether the location is suitable for bringing family.
