How is the AWS practice in Fractal?

Is anyone else in a position where you’re the most successful career wise in your family? How do you deal with the guilt? I can’t always share good news with family members (jealousy, fear of feeling like I’m leaving them behind, being expected to cover most of the costs, the thinking Im a show off) and it’s lonely that we can’t celebrate career milestones as a family.

Was considering to invest also in an insurance, but is apparently not possible if you live abroad and then maybe go back to the home country.

Is it better to contribute to Roth 401k as taxes would always increase in future? If this is true, then what is the benefit of pretax contribution. I am wondering if i should do pre tax or not?

I have a lot of family pressure to marry & it’s taking a toll on my mental health. They are ready to cut ties with me when I bring my bf up. This is out of societal pressure to marry within our community. My parents have also ruined their healths & guilt trip me about that. I have stopped talking to my family since a while for my peace of mind. My bf is on other coast, so long distance & finding a job on west coast during Pandemic isn’t easy! Hi All, Currently I'm working in a AU MNC at Navi Mumbai as a Business Analyst with 2.5yrs exp @15lpa. Wife @5lpa I'm planning to move to foreign land (like AU) for better salary.
Q1: should I opt for 2yr MS as it gives 3yr work permit?
Q2: (Considering current situation) should I remotely search for job n wait for them to sponsor?

I was told today that my position is being moved from salary to hourly at the first of the year. I was assured my pay will remain the same, it will just be at an hourly rate. Why would a company do this? Btw, my job regularly requires more than 40 hrs week. Should I be nervous?

1) did you all give your ielts that is general training or the academic one. I know general training will suffice but checking if there are more points for academic one. E.g. same band/score in academic and GT but get more points in PR application if it's academic.
