How difficult it is to get into another company while working at IBM. Considering 3 months notice period is anyone at IBM getting interview calls from other companies and are those companies ready to wait 3 months?

This question doesn't include skills perspective, it's purely based on 3 months notice period.

Top Corp Dev teams: Trying to find the “top” (using this as short hand, I know it’s subjective) PE shops had a bunch of resources to use. However, there are no such resources (please share if I’m wrong!) for “top” Corp dev teams. “Top” is probably some mix of caliber of people, comp, ~prestige~, etc. let’s hear y’all’s top Corp dev teams!

Had an Excel assessment yesterday as the second to last step in an interview process. I was using a new computer and long story short, had some technical difficulties (or maybe just my own incompetence under stress) and ended up only getting through half of the test. I’m on the fence about emailing my recruiter and explaining the circumstances/asking for a retest. Don’t want to come off like I’m complaining but also don’t want this to be the reason I don’t move forward. Any advice appreciated…

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
