I have 4.5 yrs of experience as full stack developer. Tech stack - java, Springboot and angular. I have 2 offers. PTC is offering 15 lpa and IBM isl pune is offering 20 lpa. I am confused because PTC location is near by so less traveling. Can anyone suggest.

Let’s say your original TC in your current is 300k, but because of stock appreciation, your actual TC now is 500k (same base, same bonus, but stock appreciated). When negotiating with new company, will the new company consider your TC as 500k, or 300k? Thanks
