If an upward market correction in salary happens in the upcoming appraisal, can it play negatively for someone who just got promoted in June 2021, considering that they recently received a promotion hike of around 20%?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Hi.. I’m really struggling lately with stress and anxiety. I’ve always had depression but it’s been more maniac and often manageable. I’m at my breaking point now and don’t know what to do. I made an appt with my doctor (PA) tomorrow. Will they prescribe me an anxiety medicine? What should I ask for? I’m looking for something low dose and minimal side effects. Help!!
