Is a normal daytime schedule impossible to find in healthcare right now? I was laid off from a local pharmacy when it went out of business. After years of working nights and weekends, I just want my social life back. Looking at job boards isn't encouraging right now since everything I see is overnight or weekend shifts. Is the market bad enough that I need to just suck it up, or is it worth holding out for better hours?

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

How necessary is an extracurricular for MBA apps? I work a ton of hours and don’t have a lot of time or interest in any activity that I could reasonably put on an app. I spend the little free time I have on activities I enjoy (spending time with SO and friends, working out, Netflix, etc). Would it be really bad if I had nothing in that section on my app beyond college extracurriculars? Or should I force some activity? I have enough time before I apply to make it look legit to adcoms.

So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.
