Job-Hunting reach-out to VC from previous fundraising effort for own startup
I have e-mail archive from 1y ago of my reach-out to 65 VCs in London: we had video calls, they might remember me still, who knows.
I want to send a reply/forward message to the same e-mail thread from abc@gmail.com, saying that I am looking for roles within their VC firm. Is that a good idea?
Or shall I just start new email thread and mention how I know them?
What’s everyone up to today?

Yes you learn when to speak up as time goes on with patients and MDs especially if they have a habit of being disrespectful to you and other staffs. Nurses are advocates for others. Veteran nurses have trained responses for those encounters and knows which responses are the most effective. Outside of work, one of the qualities i take the most pride in is being 'nice' but not 'soft'. My pride in it stems from seeing political weakness and seeing the harm of softness misrepresented as decency. When people think soft is nice, people get hurt.
You arent what matters, youre just a dude or a lady... a human. Dont allow systems to be corrupted and understand that the best you can do is cooperate with uncorrupted systems the right way, not just following emotion.
