So…I have worked for this hospital/company for 7-8 months now. It seems that since hitting the 6 month mark, the female manager (im also female) finds ways to have to counsel or inform me of complaints that patients gave her (not me). I feel like she is trying to build something against me. She will have private conversations and then voice complaints that I had no idea about. If you respond to her, she says why are you get offended? Am I tripping? lol

I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse.
