Ever notice how it’s usually a white person talking abt how diversity goes beyond what’s visible? How abt we try for visible diversity first & then we try to find diffs in similar-looking ppl’s bios 🤷🏾♀️

Why is it, when talking about how to make changes in the industry to help minorities, the fallback position is always how to help women instead (especially benefiting white women)?
