Hello, can someone help refer for a Data Engineer role at Natwest? I see some openings in the portal.

I initially received an offer of 22 LPA from NatWest. A few weeks later, I received another offer of 25 LPA (fixed) along with a 1 LPA bonus. Will natwest revise the original offer?

I recieved an offer today and the Job title has a C9 in it. Can anyone explain me what does that mean and is it ok for a 14y experience?
