Hi Guys, I’d like to know how long the application process at NatWest takes. I completed my face-to-face interview on 22nd November, had a salary discussion call on 25th November, and was asked to apply on the Workday portal on 29th November. I have not yet received an offer letter or any update regarding the selection. Any insights on how long the process usually takes?

Mine was f-2-f in Natwest office. Level was intermediate, Java OOPs concepts, jvm architecture, streams, GC. Architecture of your project. DB queries.

Have you got offer?
You had only one round of interview?

Still no offer, on WorkdayPortal still showing application received. I tried contacting HR but no response.

Can a newspaper use my photo without my consent?

I'm not a reporter, I'm just a citizen who took a picture during an event and uploaded it to my social media account. Turns out a digital media wrote me to have permission to use my picture, and when I said yes, they said they were looking for some other picture because I had already given permission to the competitors, which I didn't.
They just posted it without asking me, letting me know, or even mentioning my credits. Is this legal?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
