I recieved an offer today and the Job title has a C9 in it. Can anyone explain me what does that mean and is it ok for a 14y experience?

I’m trying to fix up my resume to apply to other companies. It’s my first resume fix since college so I’m trying to see what to include/ take out.
1) Do I keep my internships? My leadership experiences in college?
2) How do I organize my engagement experiences - All combined bullets or separated by client?
3) How about my internal efforts? (I did 3 internal projects within the firm)
4) Education on top or bottom?

If anyone has a good resume example, please do share!

Any googlers that can offer a perspective? Cleared all interviews for TPM. No HC review yet, as the recruiter says the new process is to find a match before HC. Had conversations with 3-4 teams so far, many times great feedback/compliments even during the team matching chat, but no successful match yet. I am told that there were internal candidates that fit the role better. The wait on since May, starting to lose hope now. Is team matching supposed to be this hard?

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.
