Here’s a simple question: why aren’t there more black folk at agencies? I can count on 2 hands the number of black ppl I’ve worked with. And god-forbid they be creative.
Opinions about Agencies
In midst of everything that’s going on, I was thinking maybe looking more into social justice agencies / brand consultancies. What are some agencies that are mainly committed to doing social justice work around the country?
Has anybody formed an opinion about an agency based solely on what their employees post here? What was it?
NY junior creative, really fortunate to be working now but taking the time to lay out some goals for 2021 and beyond. If you were an entry level / low-level creative, what NY shop would you try to learn and grow at? Any recommendations on creatives to study & admire is welcome as well :)
Are any agencies in the Bay Area or elsewhere planning to convert their open floor plans to offices for all employees?
Anyone familiar with the Pittsburgh agency scene from a creative perspective? I’m considering a move back there to be closer to family. My whole career has been in NYC though (3 years), starting with Miami Ad School. I’ve already won at the One Show, and have a lot of awards from back in my student days, so my creative standards are pretty high I guess. I guess what I’m asking is are there any shops in PGH where I can still keep doing objectively great work/not feel like I’m killing my career
Are there any good agencies in Philly for media planning? Thinking about making a move but don’t wanna take a step back in my career.
If your digital team wants to bid AKQA and RGA on a project, who else are you wanting to add? Small or large, but staffed by FTE, not contractors.
