How is publicis paternity leave?
I’m interviewing with a publicis agency and just found out my wife is pregnant. Due in June. I’m expecting to receive an offer any day with the agency but curious if anyone has experienced paternity leave with publicis and if it’s adequate?

If I get through process and FAANG role makes me an offer they will see I have been at a new job (that I didn’t disclose) for a ~month in the background check, will this hurt me? I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.
