I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Very random- I need to buy my son a suit. 5’3, 120 lbs. Likely a very small sized men’s suit. He is not happy about wearing a suit so looking for a place to take him to try on lots of suits. I bought access to Wall Street Prep’s modeling courses to enhance my modeling skills. I find that the material is a few years old and the guy in the video explaining everything is super monotone and boring. I just don’t feel like I’m learning much.

Would anyone have any good recommendations for other modeling course providers? Should I stick with WSP? Any and all advice/responses would be helpful - Thank you in advance !

Is it possible to round a number (say rounding $98 to $100) without losing precision in following calcs? So I only want to round visually and I want the calcs from that cell to remain off the $98 not $100

Hello! I’m gearing up for my year end comp conversation and I’d like to be a better idea of what people are making to ask for a raise. I work for a large asset manager and sell alternative investments (PE, RE, Credit, Infra etc) to RIAs, family offices, and multi family offices. I’m currently an associate, but am hoping to get VP this cycle. Any insight on what your comp looks like and how it’s structured would be super helpful!
