I’m in an AM200 firm, but our office is relatively small with historical only 1-2 junior associates at a time. Looking for fun ideas and traditions I can institute with summers and the other junior associates to increase moral and better connect with one another. I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?
