Hi Guyz,
Any one from IBM ?
I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.
Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

Hi,
I have around 4+ years experience as a technical support engineer for Microsoft processes like windows, exchange server and worked on both b2c and b2b environments. I would like to get in Vmware as a support specialist role or technical support engineer. I don't hold a degree at the moment, but doing a distance degree now. Will VMware consider this and is there any way for me to get in for these roles? Please share your comments.VMware

I read some glassdoor reviews. The reviews doesn't indicates anything great about the company.
Thank you for checking
Collabera is a contract to hire company. They can put you in any projects and you have to give many rounds of client interview. Not worth it (considering layoff scenes in COVID)
Don't lose permanent position in your company for this contract to hire.
Sure, thanks dude
Thank you so much for your response guys. Because of all these reasons only I was confused. And the salary they have offered is 5LPA more than my current ctc & 30k more in my takehome salary
Yes, I am getting this much in Collabera. They are offering 18LPA this is the reason I was thinking so much
Is the salary difference worth it?
I’d say a difference of atleast 50k per month is worth a switch.
If not I’d suggest that you stay put.
No it is not. Hence, i reached out to you guys to check. I had already denied offer but the HR is insisting alot so thought of checking with you guys
