Where can I go snowboarding in Colorado in August?

I’ve been in tech sales for 20+ years. Have an opportunity to take a position at a tech company in Sales Enablement. Anyone have some insight into this type of role? Is it interesting, challenging, collaborative?
Thinking about coaching others in sales could be fun for me at this stage.
Would love some input as this is a new field unfamiliar with.

I left an omnicom agency for a Publicis one. My new benefits cost me 250 a paycheck (medical, dental, vision) for my spouse and kids. At omnicom it was 630 per check. That’s fuckin robbery right there.

Am I the only person who has been super disgusted to Fishbowl’s response to the Meta layoffs? I’ve been laid off twice in my career but I’m not mad at 11000 people who no longer have jobs just cause they got decent severance while I got a week on my way out. Facebook is hot garbage but I’m pretty sure 0 out of the 11000 were making those decisions. So why are you upset about it? Urgh. Y’all are weird.

I am a Sales Executive with over 16 years over experience with FedEx. During the Pandemic I took a risk and moved to a different industry. Unfortunately my new company was greatly impacted by the pandemic and on Thursday I lost my job due to downsizing.
I have a great track record of success and sales awards in every position I have held. I also have an MBA.

When your old 100+ person agency has a BLM message on their website but only employed one black person while you worked there.

Can provide more details if needed, but if an employee is constantly coughing at work (small retail establishment), is it okay to ask them for a doctor's note stating they aren't contagious? I am going to move in the next few month to a location with a higher cost of living due to personal circumstances. I love my current company but I’ve only been here a little over a month, how should I go about requesting if it’s possible to get a salary increase? When you look to choosing a position to apply for and lets assume you get to be choosy - will you go for a org with big HR team or smaller HR team? Currently an hrbp for a medium global org with 10 hrbps in the Americas org supporting different groups/ regions like i support canada and a business group - looking at a role where hrbp report to sr hrbp and she reports to Vp of HR. The TA Manager reports to the VP of Hr as well. Sounds like a smaller HR team - are there any benefits to this move?

Anyone have advice on getting your foot in the door at Google or Meta for a Sales Role? I’ve only got 3.5 years of experience but have achieved Presidents Club and have had success at 2 “blue chip” organizations.

I'm having trouble. I have a client who is going from a climbing company, to a fitness company. They have a product that lets them expand from where they are. I am failing to sell them on the importance of strategy and taking a step back. Honestly, I don't even know that I'm sold on it. But I feel like it's important. I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

I have been DCAing over the last few months on binance and then moving the tokens to my Celsius wallet.

It has become really difficult to keep track of the actual cost of the tokens and profit/loss.
