IBM or Wells Fargo? Same salary

Hi Fishes, i just joined Nagarro yesterday and i have an interview of oracle tomorrow. I am not tempted towards a product based company but CTC is important for me. Can I negotiate with Nagarro with oracle's offer letter? Will they negotiate after few days of joining?
Current offer with nagarro - 12 LPA
YOE - 3 years

I have passed the technical interview in Capgemini and HR has called for Salry negotiation , after that HR said that offer letter is in process.
Now HR called and was asking aren't you interested in the offer , HR said that client tried to contact you but you werent responding.
But I didnt receive any call from anyone ..
What is this client call ?
Is the process normal ?
Like I have heard the client calls would be after joining the organization .
Please enlighten me.

Hello all! Is there any technical consultant eorking directly on Servicenow company? I have been scheduled for an interview with hiring manager and a second interview with two Sr technical consultant. I have some questions based that this will be my first interview as a technical consultant, does this position has to do any sales? Am a sys engineer with 2 years of experience from a tier 2 city with 20k as a salary pm, planning to switch and got an offer for Tech Security Analyst in Accenture Bglr location

The offer is around 40k pm. Is it worth it? Or should I look for more opportunities or should I stay in my tier 2 city with maybe if they hike till 25k to 30k pm?

If i can negotiate with Accenture, how much can I negotiate for?
