How do you decide how much money you want to make? When a recruiter reaches out, instead of just saying X amount higher, how do you figure out your "I'll take that" number? TIA!

CTC: 15.1 LPA
YOP: 6yrs 10months
Location: Kolkata
Domain: API developer

Got another offer letter of 18.5LPA from Intelliswift, 17.5LPA from Capgemini and probably will get 19.5 LPA from Telus international as well.
Am I getting less from Mindtree?? Can Mindtree increase the offer letter? Please suggest..

I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Can anybody offer some insight into each of these/the process?
